No therapy in the world will change him unless he wants to change.
The honest truth here is that he is very dangerous to your physical and mental well being in life.
All that you desire to keep with him could end in an instant if he gives you a life threatening sexual disease that could take you away from your children forever.
All that he has to offer you materially is just not worth your life to trust that he could ever be right to you.
The best advice I could give to you is to seek counseling for yourself and get a professional opinion on him that will let you know if there is truly any hope for him in your life.
Sometimes all the things we want and feel for someone does not mean we can remain with them when we can't trust them.

Divorce.

You don't want the title of single mother, so you're punishing your children by staying in a marriage that's a total sham, and teaching them that it's ok for a man to cheat on his wife?

Yeah.. That's what your kids need. TWO selfish parents.

You're not being honest with yourself. You're only trying to hang in this marriage because of the large amount of money that's at stake. You should never have married him. He was never faithful to you, and he never will be. He has never loved you like he should, he has no reason to change, and there's nothing you can do to make him do those things.

Most people who get married never expect to get a divorce, or to become a single mother, or a single dad, but it happens ~ and it's happening to you. You've conditioned yourself to accept the unacceptable from this guy, and to settle for crumbs from him. If you think you're going to get your hands on some of that money that may or may not actually come to him, then you're putting your own greed above your self-respect, and above the emotional well-being of your children.

Better for them to be poor and emotionally secure, than rich and growing up in an environment such as yours.

There isn't any magic pill or trick to "fix" your husband. He wants to cheat and as long as you put up with it, he will continue to do it. If you are more interested in money and not being pinned with a title of a single mother, then adapt a new way of thinking. I suggest you look the other way, if you want to continue to be in this marriage, while he continues with his extra curricular activities.

He proved he couldn't remain faithful prior to marriage, why should you expect any different now?

There is no fixing a person who cheats. They do it because they are not sexually satisfied with who they are with. You are not doing your children any favors by forcing them to live in this unhealthy relationship. Look at Charlie Sheen. He went to therapy and nothing worked for him. Why? Because he's addicted to sex. Stop trying to be a gold digger and be a better mother. Leave.

You aren't worried about being a single mother, admit it, it's the money....Just divorce him and get the maximum in child support and alimony...at least that's honest. He isn't going to change.
