if you are sure that they are cheating on you but you don’t actually know than that means that you don’t trust them so why not just move on? why waste the time to try and see it with your own eyes or have to know for sure, if you don’t trust them just say hey it’s time for me to move on, bye

If you haven’t got trust, you haven’t really got much of a relationship. Go see a marriage counselor .. together. If your spouse isn’t willing, go see a divorce lawyer.

Hire a PI. If you cannot afford that be as nosy as you possibly can without them knowing. Check phone bills, cars, receipts, voice messages. Follow them in a different car. Make sure they are at work. look through their belongings. Act like Colombo : )

If you are a smart wife or husband, easily can catch. For males, take out his handkerchief and examine, Also, have a close look near colour for lipstick mark. See how much he is interested in sex and observe how late he comes back home. From his friends you can check what time did he leave the office. For Females, very difficult and I am still finding out. Help me if you can.

Confront her and the one she is cheating with at the same time and look for expressions. if they still deny if than slap them with the evidence you have and divorce her thereafter………..once a cheater always a cheater.

If you know she is then there are lots of options, cameras set up in the house, to coming home early, let her go out by herself and then show up at the place unannocend. If they are text messaging you can always print the messages from the carriers website (nextel) I know is possible.
