More and more husbands are having affairs these days. Or it seems that way. I hear it from everyone I speak to. They have gone through it, or their friends. It seems it is all I hear about lately.Sadly it is true, but you can easily catch your cheating spouse if you know what to look for and how to go about it.

I thought my husband was different than others and wouldn’t do this to me. But he did. When you start realizing that it is possible your husband could be having an affair, you may start seeing the signs more clearly. Once I accepted it was possible, I paid more attention, and yes, he had every sign and then some. Once I had my proof, he couldn’t deny it any longer.

One thing to remember… If you are not absolutely sure, do not confront him! I was “semi sure” at some points but got anger, yelling and he swore up and down I was crazy and he’d never do that. Once I had full proof he couldn’t deny it, everything he said was all lies and he couldn’t deny anything. Do not confront or ask any questions until you are sure.

1 – He Changes his Appearance

If your husband has changed his appearance in some way, it can be a sign of cheating. If he starts to wear a different type of clothes, (different underwear even), if he starts to work out when he never did before, wears cologne he never did are some signs he could be cheating.

2 – His schedule starts changing

Is there more and more overtime? Do you get his voice mail more and more when you call him? Are there alot more trips for his job? Or is he spending more and more time with friends and leaving you home? Is he going to friends houses more often when it isn’t normal for him? Does he take alot of trips to the store and seem to have a reason why he was gone for two or more hours?

3 – A Loss of Interest in Family

This could be one of the major signs a husband may be cheating. Some husbands who were so involved with their family all of a sudden just stop and have no interest He may also seem to always have something else to do in order to avoid being around family and would prefer to be alone or go somewhere without you

4 – Guilt

If your husband is having an affair, he may be feeling guilty and it can work in different ways. It is rare but he may be more loving towards you but the majority are more angryIf you ask around, this seems to be the way with most cheating husbands.Husbands blame their problems and take their anger out on their wives so they don’t feel so guilty for cheating. They start blaming you for every single thing wrong in their lives and get more and more angry at you. In alot of instances, a husband will start taking out his anger on the wife and she will have no idea what she has done wrong.It just seems like their husband has gone off the deep end.These are all very good signs your husband may be having an affair.

5 – His Phone Use

One other sign that your husband may be cheating on you is if his phone use has changed or if he starts hiding it from you. is his cell phone with him at all times? Is he taking alot of long walks or spending more time outside and bringing his cell phone? Is he text messaging non stop? If you pay the bill for the cell phone, try to keep an eye on the useage log. Its a way you can find out if there may be another person in his life.
In the case of his cell phone being a “work” phone it is a little harder to view and use this as proof of anything going on.

The above are just a few of the many signs that your husband may be a cheater and are the easiest to catch and watch for. I know first hand that finding out your husband is having an affair is one of the most painful experiences but you need to know. If he is having an affair, your health could be at risk and you definately will need to go get yourself some tests, and also think about how to confront him. If there are children, you have their wellbeing to think about.

In any case, always be sure before confronting. My husband did all of the above and then some. Even with the 5 signs above, it wasn’t enough to get him to confess. I was yelled at, told I was paranoid, and belittled because I had no idea what real life was.

I definately had to get more proof. (whch I did get) And there are other ways to find out if your husband is cheating. It works, you can find out. You must do all you can for yourself and your family. it is something that you have to know.
