Just asking. Kissing is an intimate act yes indeed. But kissing is not
nearly as deep as sex itself. Well not for most people. It is just a
simple kiss. So if you caught your husband or boyfriend kissing another woman. Would you break up with him, or give him another
chance ?
Pregnant Christian. You are supposed
to forgive people, if you are a Christian.
Since my husband has never given me a reason not to trust him in 33 years I would simply ask him why he was kissing another woman (if I didn’t know her). I have kissed other men briefly on the lips because they are very good friends of mine and there is nothing romantic or sexual in the kiss. They know that and so do I. I was raised to be very demonstrative toward my friends and relatives. I kiss all my uncles on the lips, always have, and all my special friends. So I would just ask who the woman was since he has never cheated on me. He doesn’t get mad at me when I kiss my friends so why should I get mad when he kisses his. A good relationship is based on trust, we have that.

Oh I’d kill him.
Never said I wouldn’t forgive him eventually. But you asked what I’d do if i caught him in the act. My reaction wouldn’t be to forgive him instantly – that would take some time.

I’d break up with him. Forgiving someone is not the same as being a doormat. I can forgive but our relationship would be over.

If it’s just a "Hi! *Smooch*" kind of thing, I’m sorta okay with that. Since one can still spread diseases that way.
But if he was playing tonsil hockey with her, then we’d have some serious issues. (Since one can definitely spread diseases that way)
Whether or not I’d forgive him depends on the person he’s kissing (yes, the person), like whytf he’s kissing her, how intoxicated he is and/ or the length of our relationship.
However, that’s all in theory. I don’t know how I’d react if that actually happened to me.

Break up with him right then and there. Kissing can only lead to more cheating in my opinion. I could never trust him again, even if I tried or wanted to.

It would be as bad as having sex with someone, more intimate maybe…I couldn’t forgive something like that.

I would ask him what the hell he was doing, give him a chance to explain. Considering how much I truly care about my boyfriend, to be honest I would probably give him another chance but its hard to tell. You cant really say what would happen in the future that is my premonition

I have friends I kiss and friends I don’t and I suspect he’s the same way, so no big deal if it’s one of those friendly kind of kisses. But if it were one of those kisses that look like he’s playing tonsil hockey with a female, I’d probably smack the crap out of him if I caught him in the act.

I’d say good luck to you both and be on my merry way. Why ruin their relationship?

For me, there are certain behaviors that are inappropriate while in a relationship, certain lines that shouldn’t be crossed….I’m afraid this is one of them.
I hold myself to a certain level of behavior and I would expect no less from him.
I would end the relationship.

First of all, it would depend on the type of kiss. Kisses in greetings, like you would give to friends and family, are completely acceptable in all circumstances. As for more intimate kisses (and I’m one who considers kissing to be more intimate than sex), it would depend on what my boyfriend and I discussed and agreed was cheating. As for my current relationship, which is not a committed one, I may feel a little jealous that he was kissing another woman and not me, but I wouldn’t have a problem with whomever he’s decided to kiss. If there was more than kissing, he’d tell me about it.
