it depends. If your in one of those relationships where sex is dead. then get upset. if your in a very healthy relationship then I don’t see why it’s that big of a deal. laugh and ask if you could watch. turn it into a joke or jus walk away like nothing happend

No you shouldn’t be disgusted… it’s completely normal.
It doesn’t matter if you’re married or not sometimes people feel the need to pleasure themselves.
Of course they are embarrassed but only because they were caught off guard during a very private moment. And of course it is startling for the person walking in on it too. It’s just a little bit akward, but there is nothing wrong with that.
But there should be no apology expected, that’s just silly. He/She isn’t doing anything wrong they are doing something very natural.

No, I would not be disgusted, he wouldn’t be embarrassed, hell no if he would apologize I would think something was terrible wrong. How would I react? I feel sorry for Hubby. Depending on our parents and how one was raised, often told that was a sin and a no-no, thus the embarrasment.
Is it normal, YES and for some people, it’s a very private thing and if raised as above . . . . really private and would be most embarrasing if caught.
